Your role as Sales Manager;
Neurosign is a global medical device organization and leader in developing equipment for Intra-operative Nerve Monitoring systems and accessories. The range of products we produce are disposable instruments, established nerve monitors and other associated surgical devices. These systems are primarily used during ENT and cranial procedures to reduce the risk of nerve injury.

As Sales Manager Neurosign you will be responsible for all Neurosign sales in the US. You will manage existing distributers and add additional distributers to ensure strong growth of the brand. You will also make direct sales calls and train physicians on Neurosign products. As successful candidate you will establish contracts with group purchasing organizations and integrated delivery networks. You will develop and execute a “go direct” strategy and potentially add sales representatives based on revenue potential and market success.
You will report directly to the CEO in the US and in dotted line to the Global Neurosign Product Manager located in the UK.
For now, this is a standalone position, but as the future looks bright within Neurosign more Sales force will be added over time with possibility to manage them.

The ideal candidate has intraoperative nerve monitoring , IONM, ENT and/ or Spine sales experience. We are looking for a self-starter with a track record of explosive sales growth that is ready to build a network of distributers and direct representatives while selling initially hands-on.
As this position has home-office, frequent travelling is required as soon as there are no more restrictions.

Your responsibilities are:
• Achieving annual/quarterly sales targets;
• Planning and communicating your sales strategy, budget and market information to senior sales management;
• Continually managing the development of new accounts/ sales opportunities and Partners (distributor, agent) using corporate sales tools, like SalesForce/ GForce;
• Compiling and delivering corporate and product presentations to customers and relevant industry bodies as well as KOL;
• Contributing to the further development/ implementation of systems and solutions that will enable the sales department to become more effective;
• Undertaking key account profiling.

Our new Sales Manager:
• Experience in medical device sales with demonstrable success and sales history, ideally in intraoperative nerve monitoring and/or neurophysiology;
• Medical Device Sales experience;
• Capital Equipment sales experience;
• Preferably IONM, ENT or Spine experience;
• Operation theatre experience;
• Experience in closing contracts with large integrated delivery networks and GPOs with the goal to establish a large number of systems that will produce accessory sales;
• Degree educated in a life science field;
• Self-starter who demonstrates initiative, energy, and enthusiasm; brings a positive, can-do approach to all challenges;
• Broad cultural orientation, with experience of working in an international context;
• Problem solving & solution finding;
• Customer focus and stakeholder management;
• Experienced in partnering with medical, regulatory, and clinical development;
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time in the US and internationally.
