Neurosign products are used in, Thyroidectomy, Skull-based, Mastoidectomy and Parotidectomy surgeries amongst others.

We are currently looking to add a Clinical Specialist to our US team. Our office is located just outside of Minneapolis, MN, with headquarters located in Whitland, Wales.


  • Provide clinical and technical support in the operating room with the use of nerve monitoring equipment and disposables.
  • Responsible for clinical and product expertise providing value to current customers and new customers through education, consultation, and implementations to achieve Neurosign’s strategic and financial goals
  • Assist and support US based Distributors as a Clinical Specialist in case set-up and management of monitors and disposable in the operating room.
  • Delivers educational/training programs, product and procedural competencies to assist distributors and clinicians in knowledge-based learning opportunities.
  • Working with Product Manager on identifying new product opportunities and competitors’ analysis.
  • Ability to work with KOL development, identification and support
  • Represents Neurosign during surgical procedures by ensuring access to all necessary equipment and disposable products required for the case, device selection, programming, implantation and testing of all device systems
  • Responds promptly and appropriately to technical inquiries by customers, patients, and colleagues
  • Work closely with the US Sales Director to insure effective and efficient support of distributors and Key Accounts in the assigned geography
  • Assist US Sales Team at National Sales Meetings with coverage and support when needed


  • Previous experience working directly in a hospital setting, preferably IONM or CRNA experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties including Company management and outside business associates
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to travel in the US 80-90% of your time
  • Need to have quick/effective problem solving skills whilst being solution oriented
  • Passion for product knowledge and improving patient outcomes
  • Have successfully managed personal expenses and budget effectively
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with emphasis given to those who are proficient in the use of IONM equipment
  • Must pass all necessary vendor credentialing requirements for supported facilities/hospitals
  • MS Office
